Rules for safe, lawful and responsible use of SA100 Construction ERP.

1 . Purpose

This policy protects SA100 customers, infrastructure and data by defining prohibited behaviour.

2 . Lawful use

You may use SA100 only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, contracts and third-party rights.

3 . Prohibited content

You must not upload or transmit malware, unlawful material, infringing content, deceptive content or data you do not have the right to process.

4 . Security restrictions

You must not probe, scan, attack, bypass, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to SA100 systems, accounts or networks.

5 . Platform abuse

You must not overload the service, automate abusive requests, resell access without permission or use the platform to harm other customers.

6 . Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove harmful content, suspend access or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the service and its users.
