SA100 offers a 3-month free trial so customers can evaluate the product before purchasing. No payment is required to start the trial unless explicitly stated at signup.

2 . Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by contacting sales@sa100.in. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
3 . Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.
4 . Non-refundable items
Implementation services, training, custom work, taxes and used subscription periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
5 . Service issues
If you experience a technical issue, contact support first so our team can investigate and resolve it. Refund consideration does not replace the support process.
