The terms governing access to and use of SA100 Construction ERP and the SA100 website.
2 . Service description
SA100 provides construction business management software for projects, vendors, labour, attendance, payroll, materials, machinery, expenses, income, documents, users and reports.
3 . Accounts and responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, providing accurate information, managing user permissions and ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable laws.
4 . Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription term. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access may be suspended for overdue payments after reasonable notice.
5 . Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, reverse engineer the platform or use it in a way that harms other customers.
6 . Customer data
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant SA100 the limited right to process that data to provide, secure, support and improve the service.
7 . Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, connectivity issues, third-party services or events beyond our control may affect access.
8 . Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SA100 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
9 . Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
